We're currently seeking a proficient freelancer to take on the role of Social Media Reporter/Producer within our Azerbaijani Service at RFE/RL.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for optimally publishing our reporting in various formats, including video, on relevant social media platforms.
- Monitors the public debate across social media platforms. Constantly looks for reporting opportunities and proactively asks to obtain and verify journalistically relevant UGC (User Generated Content).
- Regularly reviews and shares performance metrics across platforms.
- Takes on writing, editing, and production assignments.
Competencies:
- Strong news judgment.
Conditions:
Freelance Contract.
Languages: Azeri & English - mandatory, Russian - desired.
