Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty is on the lookout for a highly skilled Digital Marketer to enhance our digital footprint and execute strategic initiatives across diverse online platforms. What You'll Do:

  • Strategize and Execute: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that are not only cutting-edge but also align with the overall marketing strategy of the organization to maximize brand awareness, engagement and visibility.
  • Set Up Campaigns: Set up and manage advertising campaigns across different platforms, tailoring strategies to the platform strengths and audience preferences.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Dive deep into analytics to refine and optimize our marketing efforts across various channels.
  • Budget Management: Monitor spending and manage campaign budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate on Creative: Work closely with designers to create compelling marketing materials tailored to different campaign objectives.
  • Lead Campaigns: From conception to execution, lead dynamic advertising and promotional campaigns that resonate with our diverse audiences.
  • Innovate and Report: Bring innovative solutions to the table and prepare detailed reports to shape future strategies.

 

Whom We Need:

  • Expert digital marketer (2+ years) with deep knowledge of how algorithms on different social media platforms work and how trends and tools are evolving.
  • Team player who is always eager to learn and share knowledge with the rest of the team.
  • Strong communicator with a knack for creative problem-solving.

Appointment against this post is on a local basis only. Please note that for the locally advertised positions preference will be given to those with a work permit and/or a valid residence status in the Czech Republic. Locally recruited employees should reside within commuting distance of Prague, Czech Republic, or be willing to move to take up work. They are not eligible for allowances applicable to candidates who are internationally recruited. Rather, they receive statutory benefits as per Czech labor law. Salary scales for locally recruited employees are based on the best prevailing local conditions. RFE/RL does, however, cover the costs of interview travel and, upon appointment, some relocation costs.
